- Sigourney police reports: Sigourney Police Department, 641-622-3080. The city directs report requests to the department.

- Keota city records: Keota City Hall, 641-636-2266; keotacityhall@cloudburst9.net.
The sheriff publishes no dedicated record-request form, fee schedule, or processing time. Ask the office to confirm custody, cost, redaction, identification needs, and delivery before sending payment. Court filings should go to the clerk rather than the sheriff.
